Calisthenics workout routine can be performed at your own pace including popular strength exercises jumping jacks, trunk twists, push ups, pull ups, chin ups, sit ups, planks, lunges, wall push ups to round out your workout.  Be fit performing 20 repetitions of each exercise to develop muscular strength and stamina.

Physical activity lowers the risk of developing chronic disease including obesity, diabetes, cancer and heart disease. Be fit choosing any aerobic activity of choice including hiking, walking, dancing, yoga, or playing a sport.  Start out gradually increasing the intensity and duration of your workout to increase physical endurance.  Be fit mix different types of exercises in your exercise routines to challenge your body using different activities including aerobic, strength, flexibility exercises for a well rounded fitness routine.  Consistency is key for managing weight following healthy lifestyle habits contributes to a healthier happier you.
